Mongolia intends to develop cooperation with Russia and China in the field of IP


This was stated by the Minister of Justice and Interior of Mongolia, Nayamdorj Tsand, at the meeting with Rospatent delegation headed by Lyubov Kiriy, Deputy Head of the Office. The meeting was held on the margins of the Seventh Russian-Chinese-Mongolian Seminar on Intellectual Property.

The Minister (in the center on the photo) emphasized the symbolism that the visit of the Rospatent delegation to Ulaanbaatar coincided with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the victory at Khalkhyn Gol (1939).

In the course of the meeting the parties discussed interaction and cooperation of the IP Offices of three countries in bilateral and trilateral formats, highlighting the importance of the development of cooperation in the context of digital technologies, security and fight against cyber-piracy. Mr. Nayamdorj Tsand expressed confidence that the participant countries of the seminar will increase cooperation in the field of development of innovative economy.
